i understand why everyone says of fate, ‘if i weren’t there at that moment, if i’d gone somewhere else or been 2 minutes later, it never would have happened’. i just can’t get out of my head the other end of this: what am i constantly missing because of my timing? is this it for me or am i 2 minutes early?
me: (to me) why do i never finish making things? now i see. it’s because i’m too busy anthropomorphizing them & their demise. at least i’ve likely begun my series for the show, because these puerile crime scenes are so fun.
